The aim of this work package is to establish a structure that minimizes the impact of project management on the core activity of the beneficiaries. Some of the major activities conducted by this structure are communication with the EC and the beneficiaries regarding contractual and financial issues, consortium communication, coordination and support of work package leaders, and preparation of reports for the EC. The regular assessment of project progress as well as the organization of project meetings would also fall within the objectives of this work package.
