Mr. Stoyanov holds an MSc in Mathematics (from the Sofia University, Bulgaria) and is the CTO and co-founder of Tetracom IS Ltd. He has twelve years of experience in project development. As a chief technical officer he has been responsible for the technical aspects of several large and long term international projects among which: Knowledge Management System, ISN, ETH, Zurich (2001 – Present), ePRIME for NATO (2000 – Present), and EUJA for the European Commission (2006).
